ABOUT · A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER
Winning a customer
is a promise.
Delight keeps it.
I'm Jeremy Wolf. I started Delight to design what happens after someone says yes.
For years I watched good teams do something strange. They would pour everything they had into earning a customer, the pitch, the demo, the launch, and then go quiet at the exact moment the relationship actually began. The customer would show up excited, hit a confusing first screen or a dead end, and quietly slip away. Nobody meant for it to happen. It just was not anybody's job.
That gap bothered me more than it should have. A customer is not a conversion. It is a person who read your promise, believed you, and handed over their time and their trust. When the experience after the sale does not hold up, you have not only lost revenue. You have broken a small promise to a real person.
So I built Delight to design the part almost no one owns: the onboarding, the first real win, the reasons to come back. We treat retention as what it actually is. Not a growth tactic, but proof that you kept your word.

WHAT WE BELIEVE
A few things we hold to.
-
Loyalty is built with people, not for them.
We design alongside your customers and your team, in the open, using what people actually do instead of what we wish they would do.
-
Delight does not happen by magic.
It feels like magic when a product simply gets you. That feeling is designed, one honest moment at a time.
-
Say the hard things early.
We put the price on the first page and show you where you are losing customers before you pay us a dollar.
-
Every change points at a number.
Activation, repeat rate, NPS, net revenue retention. If a change does not move a number you care about, it is not done.
If you can feel customers slipping,
I would love to help you keep them.
